I received your card a long time ago but did not answer it as I did not know your address. I am fine and hope the same of you. I suppose you are getting along fine at school
How did you like the weather we had lately? I didn’t like it very well as it made everything even muddy.
I will be kind of busy this week if it don’t rain as I will have to help haul hay and stack corn, from your friend Helena. Answer sooner than I did.

Well how are you getting along? I have a lame leg. This postal is dusty because this house all black with dust. I went to school today. I thought I would answer you back so I did.
