In this great building is housed practically the entire record of man’s progress from the very beginning of art, science and literature. The structure itself which occupied twelve years in the building, represents the highest achievement in American Architecture.
Description: This building is a most beautiful combination of architecture and art, and was built for special accommodation of United States Senators and Members of the House of Representatives, from which source it derived its name. It covers three n three fourths acres of ground.
This is one of my favorite places of all time. It’s beautiful and is full of books, what could be better!
